Due to increased customer demand and a desire to have all engineering processes under one roof, Progressive Technology recently installed two Studer CNC Cylindrical Grinders.
The equipment allows us to reduce customer lead times and gives us greater control over the processes required to manufacture complex metallic components.
The two on-site CNC Cylindrical grinders can produce ultra-high precision internal, external, thread and form grinding on materials including, but not limited to, Aluminium, Titanium, Nickel and Steel alloys.
As a result of these latest additions to our plant list, we can offer cylindrical grinding of components Ø350mm, 1000mm in length and up to 150KG in component weight.
