Progressive Advanced Machining have purchased three additional Hexagon Global S Chrome CMM machines.
Quality remains at the centre of everything machined at Progressive Technology, and these new additions complement our class leading fast turnaround engineering component manufacturing solution for Motorsport and Aerospace.
Our onsite inspection equipment now includes six Hexagon Global S Chrome machines, two of which are fitted with an HP-L-10.10 laser scanning sensor that provides an industry leading upgrade to the standard machine, capable of scanning 600,000 points per second with a probing form error of 8µm. This accuracy is only bettered by actual tactile probing solutions.
