Progressive Advanced Machining & Additive Manufacturing certified with AS9100 Rev D Quality standard
Since August 2014, the Advanced Machining and Additive Manufacturing divisions of the Progressive Technology Group have been adhering to the requirements of ISO 9001. With further growth anticipated in the aerospace and defence sectors, the additional controls of AS9100 certification were deemed necessary to meet the expectations of these demanding sectors.
AS9100 Rev D Certification was achieved in August 2022. This accreditation is globally recognised as the benchmark standard required for aerospace and general manufacturing.
Our adoption of a globally accredited Quality Management System (QMS) assures clients that their products are being sourced from an independently certified business complying with recognised international Quality standards.
Progressive Technology now offer the Aerospace industry the same high quality, fast turnaround, subtractive and additive manufacturing processes that have become synonymous with our success in motorsport.
Having recently been awarded the Rolls-Royce Defence Best New Supplier Award in 2022, AS9100 certification is another milestone in the Progressive Technology Group time-line.
This is a fantastic achievement for the company and required the support of all staff.
The team did an excellent job in adopting the AS9100 mindset and processes and we look forward to seeing what doors this opens in the future.
