Established in 1977, Advanced Machining is part of the Progressive Technology Group which has grown to be a leading subcontract supplier of predominantly metallic components to a variety of industries. A first-choice supplier to the Motorsport industry, Advanced Machining is recruiting multiple positions for both day and night shifts providing exciting opportunities to join this growing team and business. As part of this continued growth, the business has recently invested in a new 10,000sq ft facility to offer additional services to our customer base which we hope will reinforce our position as a supplier of choice.

Advanced Machining operates out of a state-of-the-art facility in Newbury, Berkshire and offers a great opportunity for any prospective candidate looking to further their career in the field of engineering.

Roles

Moving into 2022, the Advanced Machining business will be looking to strengthen the team by recruiting for the following positions:

• CNC Machinists/ Setters/ Operators
• CNC Programmers
• Turning Engineers
• EDM Engineers

Flexibility, teamwork, and an enthusiastic approach to learning is a prerequisite of this role. Working with motorsport, aerospace and renewable energy customers, adaptability to the style of work is critical.
