Apprentice Academy
Unleash Your Talent with Progressive Technology
Progressive Technology recognise the future benefits of investing in the development of a home-grown workforce. We are committed to contributing to the growth of the UK’s mechanical engineering skills-base which is why we created the Progressive Apprentice Academy.
Over a period of 36 months, successful apprentices will experience a blend of environments involving academic study, practical training, and individual tuition, ultimately earning qualifications that are universally recognised and valued by the mechanical engineering industry.
Following successful completion of their apprenticeship, newly qualified apprentices will be offered a permanent role within Progressive Technology’s group of businesses.
We are extremely proud of our Apprentice Academy, and the fact that everyone who has completed the multiple year program is still in full-time employment with the company.
Ambitious, mechanically-minded individuals considering a career in precision engineering, seeking an opportunity to earn while they learn, should get in touch now.
“Working for Progressive Technology ensures apprentices get the industry experience and skills they require, whilst also getting the chance to spend time in Progressive’s training academy with their assessor”.
