Our on-site test laboratory enables the team to understand the mechanical properties and characteristics of the components we manufacture. This facilitates process improvements to exposure parameters to leverage more from the Additive Manufacturing process itself.

With every manufactured build on the EOS and Renishaw AM Systems, test coupons are produced. These are routinely analysed to identify process fluctuations or trends in machine performance.

Standard monthly checks include tensile, porosity and hardness testing, all of which are then statistically controlled and monitored.

We also develop materials for specific customer projects as well as fine tuning the existing exposure parameters, provided by the OEM.
