Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

Our breadth of precision machining capabilities are supported by a wide variety of in-house inspection disciplines to ensure parts are produced dimensionally and structurally to the highest quality.

Our structural assessment includes a non-destructive testing (NDT) technique, better known as liquid penetrant inspection (LPI), which is a cost-effective method employed to locate and identify flaws such as cracks, porosity, laps, seams and other surface irregularities in a component.

LPI can be applied to ferrous, non-ferrous and plastics materials. We offer dye penetrant inspection on-site, suitable for the inspection of batch quantities of machined parts or components.
