Our Additive Manufacturing Machines are segregated into 3 material specific rooms: Titanium, Aluminium and Steels/ Nickels.
This ensures minimum cross contamination, which is more likely with mixed material machines.
Over a metric tonne of stock powder, comprising eight different metal powders are stocked on-site:
- Ti64: Titanium Ti-6Al-4V Grade 23
- TiCp: Titanium Grade 1
- AlSi10Mg: Aluminium AlSi10Mg
- AlMgScZr: Scandium Alloy (Scalmalloy)
- IN625: Inconel 625
- IN718: Inconel 718
- MS1: Maraging Steel MS1
- 316L: Stainless Steel 316L
- 17-4 Stainless Steel
